To Whom It May Concern,

I have over 40 years of heavy construction experience involving power plants and large building projects. I managed both union and non-union projects in many States across our nation and found that the work/safety ethic can vary widely from region to region.

Recently I was called out of retirement to be the owner’s on-site representative for the SWA Biosolids Facility currently under construction on 45th St in West Palm Beach.

The building steel is being erected by Morrow Steel employing union ironworkers out of WPB Local #402. The crews are being supervised by Dave Williamson and Tim Murray—both are very professional and diligent.

I all my years I have never seen an IW crew as good as this crew from a production and safety standpoint. They set an excellent example for how work should be performed for all the other workers on site.
